What the attacks themselves were a diversion from becomes clear as utilities, defenses and buildings turn on non-Trojan Programs, in areas that were not sufficiently defended early on. Among the utilities with a mind of their own is, unfortunately, the monorail, which takes its passengers out beyond the established territory into parts unknown...
