Kraken Battle Plotting!

powersthatbeOkay! This is a post for discussing what you plan to do in battle against the Grasper.
Right now, some of the merfolk(including Stricken) have engaged it in melee combat as it heads for the Harbinger, hoping to stall it. Other merfolk (including Stricken) are fleeing the water and boarding the ships.
The Harbinger has fired on it, is preparing to fire again, and is also preparing to evacuate.
The Damsel is preparing to fire on the Grasper as well, turning to flank it, and is taking on a little water thanks to its quick maneuvering. Missed shots may hit the merfolk or the Harbinger.
There are two safe channels out of the region around the atolls - back the way they came, north towards the Lictor & possibly the rest of the Paramoese Navy; or south, deeper into the labyrinth of reefs and unsafe, uncharted water (and their presumed island destination).
The Panlong has blockaded the south channel, is preparing to fire on the Harbinger, and may be experiencing a mutiny as a result.
Under the ship-specific toplevels below, please note what your character is and what they are doing for the first phase of the battle! Every day or two, depending on thread speed & plans, a new phase will go up, with updates on casualties or damage to people, ships, and monster.
