She's a Veteran Traveler and as a result has been to the past three jaunts as an Investigator because nothing grinds her gears (read: frightens her to death) than losing control of herself and being a 'programmed' individual. hello! my name is seiko and i'm adding to your hakuouki exposure by bringing Souji Okita! he's a generally happy person and a troll except that's not actually what he's like deep down at all. you know, same emotional angst shit different canon.

he's also a veteran traveler, so i apologize to other veterans for having to deal with his existence in their lives for more than five seconds.
