Joscelin I haven't decided yet. He could investigate and have a Proper Theological Respect for everything in a way most Travelers won't, or he could infiltrate as either an Angel (almost certainly Cassiel) or one of the militant Peregrines. I'll decide once I know more about what his CR is planning!

Phillip will be infiltrated (possibly infiltrator persona'd? haven't decided yet) as his overlay from the previous visit. Which means he's going to be a Sithen who is very, very intent on neutrality and keeping the delicate balance of power where it is. He's also going to look like he's about eleven years old, so. He's visiting the market from Melasurei, to find some Demenses to purchase and also because he thinks some Shit might be about to go down.
Peter may get thrown in for a plot roledespite the fact that I told myself he wasn't going to infiltrate much, but otherwise I'm planning to have him investigate.

Qrow (overlay name pending) in going to be infiltrating as a rather powerful demon, but not powerful enough to have wings on his back. He's more of the "chaotic and hedonistic" side of the demons.

Shinji will be investigating. I want him to pick up Immortali Sorcery at some point, and will be looking for good angles to that end. Not sure if Koromaru will come along or decide it's too hot and camp out in Liminal.

Saraiel is, in fact, a drinker - so prepare for Naoki to boggle at that.
Sara will be the most serious angel - a Dominion (she prefers Kyriotate) named Saraiel, guardian angel to other angels during the war, now here trying to prevent Shady Shit and be present with a sympathetic ear for the Peregrines and Immortali. She probably trades in Virtues and should have some kind of relationship based talent/magic sphere of light that shoots sunbeams Grace. Notably she’s not using Infiltrator Persona.

Gil will be Investigating, and when he discovers that Glamour is actually tradable he will be all over that shit. This can only end well.
Bismuth is infiltrating as a Sithen - previously she was an Angel of the Forge and was one of probably a few that made celestial weapons, but when the war came and she refused to kill the people she had been arming, she got stripped of everything. So she's probably trying to work on earning back anything she can to get herself another forge and make new weapons again.

Lance is gonna be investigating as an immortali with no idea what he's doing. Since he's notoriously susceptible to being talked into trades, he's going to need an intervention or two. I don't actually want him selling, I don't know, his soul or something right on the first jaunt (or ever, he'd miss that).

Just flying by the seat of their pants here, I mean it's not the first time XD
Jules is investigating, will be screaming about it, and is going to get roped into Bad Idea Fun Times with Gil. Also if any infiltrators (recording angels, anyone with strong "can see through to the truth" kind of power) can see through his Glamour, he may appear to be an unusually runty demon in disguise, so there's a bit of potential disaster there, too!
Mikasa will be investigating as an Immortali, highly suspicious of everything as she always is so nothing new there and ... Jean is infiltrating on the walkabout, so I'm guessing she won't be feeling very good about that but she'll.... manage.

Alcuin is a pretty peregrine, obviously with angelic blood in his past who has been fed on angel and sithen ichor for the most part. He works for the (absent) demon lord Asfour (an arms dealer and co-owner of Hostess) and can often be seen in a short chiton confidently working over the Market. He is something of a spy, though he keeps that quiet, and he has contacts in each Lane, usually, though not restricted to, Peregrines and servants. (Volunteers welcome!)
Friendly and charming, but a little shy, he tends to be wary of the factions which are not Peregrine - especially Angels and Demons - but doesn't necessarily dislike them... he's just uncertain what they want from him and will be actively looking for signs that they are making a duplicitous bargain. Cast out, he briefly lost his sword and spent some time single-mindedly hunting for it until it was found. His primary demense is attached to this sword, granting him some manipulation of the winds, and is a castle built of mist riding the air currents between the walls of a steep canyon deeper into Purgatory. He has also gotten a demense in a slightly more hospitable area that grants him the ability to teleport beings to that area and back again from wherever he happens to be standing. It also grants him a supernatural speed both in travel and in individual motions if he wants to. Faster than the eye can track.
He has a tent near the head of Styx Lane (the newbie area) closer to the Princes' tents, where he sells protections and escort services. He'll get you safely to a place and guard you along the way. Or if you prefer a charm of protection he has those too. You can also barter for a stay in his demense, which will allow you a safe place to rest and the amenities a mid-ranked Sithen can offer.

Stone just got put in for the Marquis role. He might be a little bit evil. Or at least dark. Still would love some infilCR if possible, once I get more details on the role (if I get it)! If I don't get the role, then I might still go with a demon of some sort, I'm kind of feeling the "dark AU" vibe here.

Daneel will be infiltrating, reprising his role from the last time we went to Purgatory. Daneel, pronounced in an angel-like three syllables, Dan-ae-el, is a Sithen merchant and occasional smuggler. He has long pointed ears, typical of Sithen, and large red-gold feathered wings.

Ambrose is going to be infiltrating as the Sithen named Emrys, a lower member of the Queen's court and quite interested in maintaining peace and neutrality. Still, he's grown a bit fond of the elevated status one enjoys at Tech Duinn and so he's a little less conservative than his fellow courtiers. A little louche, a bit fussy, he's here to keep an eye on things and maybe find some new investments.

Beatrice will after some deliberation be Investigating. She fits right into the setting as an Immortali anyway, even if this isn't "her" purgatory. She is, however, going to be observing that like four of the plot roles are reflections of shenanigans she's gotten up to over the course of her existence.
She's mostly interested in figuring out what the Arcana want here, rather than supporting any particular side or agenda, although if she can leave with a stack of accumulated Virtues/Vices for later shenanigans she's not gonna turn it down.

Dhuosnos, the Old Man of the Market, a powerful Sithen who claims the hill as his Demesnes, first weighed and codified Virtues and Vices as tradable commodities 1,800 years (or 140 Eschatons) ago. The Market has always been a friendly place for Peregrines, and the trade was initially conceived by him in an attempt to give Peregrines a foothold in trade.
He initially sold four shares of the demesne, and now has added Peregrines to it, and currently is trying to decide to whom another Princedom should be sold. (Or is that soul'd?)

So I can't resist a canon joke about the Old Man of the Mountain. Would he like a Sithen spy, name tbd? He'll either have some sort of smiting or watching power or both, once I figure out how the heck Demesnes work and where his own is located. He will do just about anything to protect Sithen from the war. The weird Assassin morality might actually work well here, where he has no problem with theft, fearmongering, ruthlessly interrogating an enemy's servant, etc., but he will never harm innocent bystanders. He is concise, efficient, and skilled. Does he sound like someone Dhuosnos would employ?
Because it's so morally grey, his allegiance to him may not remain the same by the end of the Jaunt. I'm undecided whether he'd kill in general, or has killed as a Sithen, but regardless I can see him being pushed to do it under the right circumstances.

Barry is the Angel of Scorpions - the Angel of Punishment, Prince of the Market, and a real douche. Just an absolute first-class bastard. He's been in the Market for almost more Eschatons than he cares to remember and he is just the most sick of literally everyone including hinself and especially people who are also bastard.
His job right now includes selling wholesale amounts of Sin (that's a lot guys) to people he believes are deserving of Damnation - this is an actual skill if anyone is interested, but please keep in mind it's not a positive one.

Naoya is going to be Infiltrator Persona-ing as a demon, name TBD. A very old and fairly powerful demon, he teds to favor less direct action and more subtle whispers, tempting mortals and otherwise to rebel against the Divine even still. No one truly knows what caused his particular resentment, but he hates the Divine with every speck of his being. Some say he's still trying to gather an army against it even now.
(So. You know. Just Naoya as usual.)

Casper is going to very uncomfortably investigating, unhappy with the focus on deals here (he remembers Elsewhere clearly) and doubly uncomfortable by the fact that he's in a land of the dead again. Anyone with the proper sort of senses will be able to tell that his soul isn't in his body.

Thorne is going to be a Peregrine because fuck it, the blood drinking damned is her roots as a character and I'm embracing that. She probably is/was Girl Friday of some Angel/Sithen/Demon but I haven't finalized WHO. It may depend on what Mattmod does. She deals with the greyness of the new peregrine bodies by dying her hairs, natch.

Delaunay is going to be the Prince of Gold, under the name of Anaphiel because when you're already named for an angel you might as well infiltrate under a variant spelling of your given name.
ANYWAY, when the other Sithen were busy being conscientious objectors, Anaphiel ended up what he was because he thought that Heaven and Hell both had their good points and he'd much rather straddle the line between them, thank you very much. He's held the Sithen Market Princedom pretty much since the Market was established and has gained a reputation for both fairness and generosity in his dealings--although he gives nothing away for free. Also a reputation for hedonism and indulgence, but all that wealth isn't going to spend itself.

He's got an NPC!Peregrine working for him (hi not-Phedre) and treats her about as well as one can.
