Yukki/Kyou would have come over on the Pulao, but as pirate life seems to agree with her, there's probably a decent chance that she knows Bismuth now.

There's definitely plenty of time for them to hang out on the ship on the way to Paramo, since Bismuth/Midori doesn't have many tasks on her hands without cannons to fire.
