I keep asking weird questions but here goes:

If Casper tried to sense power levels (basically) on the midges, would he get anything?

Can you tell me more how the sensing works and what it picks up? Depending on how Casper's skill works, he could get a whole lot of info or none at all.

"See magic that would normally be invisible. Can also determine a being's Legend score." Legend in this case literally being a power level stat.

The midges have absolutely nothing magical about them at all. I'm going to guess that 'being' means alive (or animated by magic?) so in addition to no magic... the midges are very much not alive either.

So it's basically an inanimate object? Since that would show up as effectively a score of 0. Good to know!
