(Posting this here because this will likely be relevant to other people with telepathic power, and as per week and per jaunt skills have probably never been so popular as they will be for Harrogate.)

Just to make sure I understand how reducing the cooldown on psychic skills works - if you have a skill that's once per week and telepathic power 3 times, you can use the skill, reduce the cooldown by 60% and use it again in 2.8 days - but then you have to do the full week cooldown from that point before you can use it a third time, right?

Also, re: cooldown and 1x/ jaunt skills like memory restoration. Would reducing the cooldown by 60% mean Armin could use them a second time halfway through the jaunt? Or for those, does it only work to give him a second use when he can reduce it by 100%?

Also, can you use psychic detection through psychic bridge when you aren't physically there? And if so, what would be the locus for the center of your radius?

You definitely can when you are physically there, like detecting the ghost Travelers in Harrogate, right?

Using it to detect the ghost Travelers in Harrogate works because he has a physical locus.

Using it across the boundary of jauntabout to a place where there is no specific locus, no.

Would using image projection to be "present" with another Traveler (as described by the skill) give him a usable locus?

Kk. No worries if not, I didn't have any particular use for it at the moment, it just occurred to me as a possible combination, so I was curious.

2) Once per Jaunt skills would require 100% cooldown to be used twice per Jaunt.
