allen's socially capable enough for the both of them!! he can also indulge in souji's competitive side though, esp if souji provokes him enough... he might be alarmed that murder is souji's approved way of doing things. it'll remind him of kanda... what is with good-looking Japanese swordsmen too eager to murder.
Allen admires Hijikata on some level because responsible adult, so I think it'd be hilarious if he's seen Souji sniping at Hijikata at some point because it'll remind him of him and Cross's relationship. cue thoughts "can it be... is hijikata the type to leave debts behind and force souji to do manual labor.....???"

IT'S A ... UH... QUALITY TRAIT OF THEM, OBVIOUSLY ( u n s u r e ). But yes, this would be great I'd love previous CR with him, Souji needs more people around him and people that are social and willing to put up with him!
OH MY GOD LMFAO oh no that's hilarious hijikata would be so frazzled if he ever found out and souji would just laugh for ever and ever...
