Armin is generally quiet but he'd try to help the other travelers how he could and would probably like and respect Neria. He's not sure about the common good thing, though he wants it to be true, and he'll be a little offput by her moral ambiguity. That said, they probably don't remember each other except from Balljar, since nobody remembers Moebius and Armin was an infiltrator at Spark.
