CHARACTER RECLAIMS
From now until endgame, Synodiporia is closed to new applications. However, players who dropped or idled characters but who do not have a behavioral strike against them may reclaim characters at any time. Dungeons and app windows are no longer necessary. Simply comment below with "I'd like to bring [character (username)] back!" And we'll take it from there. Players already at 3 characters who wish to bring back a 4th or 5th may do so so long as they're current on AC. Players wishing to bring in characters above 5 may request special mod permission. If you are uncertain if you qualify to reclaim, please email us at synodiporians@gmail.com and ask! |
ACCEPTED
If you'd like, you can intro your character in the newest mingle, but we recommend you wait until the new mingle made specifically for new character introductions goes up, which will be some time in the next 48 (probably 24) hours!
Generally, summoning is a powercapped skill in this game, and summoning sentient beings from outside the game is flat-out impossible, so we'd like to talk further about how the Kamen Ride cards work before we decide what to do about them. Can you explain in more detail, and is there a solution you'd prefer if leaving the powers as-is is impossible?
Re: ACCEPTED
The sad thing about a great deal of Decade, is that because it was a short series, they spent more time on story than giving detail on the technology used for their powers. So headcannon does come into play a bit with this.
While some people believe that he's summoning the actual (or Alternate Worldly) Riders, I don't think this is the case. My perspective on his summoning has pretty much always been that the cards and DienDriver create hard-light holographic replicas, with the barest of personalities programmed into them, since there are cases where they are acting slightly out of character (such as attacking unprovoked when the character is generally a good guy, or when ordered when they are rebellious). The programming, as far as i can tell, does involve personality quirks such as catchphrases and signature movements (like one guy will flick his hand before attacking for example).
So, I hope this explanation is enough to keep the Ride Cards under the power cap. If not, I'm certain we can work something out.
Re: ACCEPTED
That should be under our powercap, yes!
