CHARACTER RECLAIMS

From now until endgame, Synodiporia is closed to new applications. However, players who dropped or idled characters but who do not have a behavioral strike against them may reclaim characters at any time. Dungeons and app windows are no longer necessary. Simply comment below with "I'd like to bring [character (username)] back!" And we'll take it from there. Players already at 3 characters who wish to bring back a 4th or 5th may do so so long as they're current on AC. Players wishing to bring in characters above 5 may request special mod permission. Thank you! Also about the Astrals, they are really powerful in terms of the game; any time I summon them it usually ends the battle in one blow, even Garuda against the final boss. However, they ARE conditional, in the fact that Noct can only summon them when his battle has dragged on for awhile, he and/or his friends are injured or down, and theres a pretty long cool down between them

I don't know how this would translate into Liminal Abilities, though he sort of also has a spirit carbuncle that acts as a guide for him if that's easier to parse.

Also one question, in regards to Ignis and Prompto, Noctis being in the same area as them means they regain access to their elemancy and armigar powers? Does that change anything for them?

Given this information, we're afraid summoning the Astrals would be too game-breaky to allow. However, Noct could easily claim Summon Creature for his carbuncle buddy.

As noted below, as long as the stuff Ignis and Prompto can do with Noct around isn't game-breaky or in need of a liminal/psychic powercap, they're good to go!
