There are three signals coming from the Snowflake, and using the space elevator as an antenna:

One oscillating between 40 & 60 Hz
One oscillating between 3 & 10 Hz
One oscillating between .5 & 2 Hz

This signal pattern is associated with brain-waves in the portion of sleep where dreams are remembered and pattern recognition skills resemble waking.

The signals themselves, however, appear to be tessellated fractals when they're resolved - abstracted shapes overlaid across one another. It's a distinct pattern, but it doesn't have an easily discernible meaning.

They are, however, incredibly mathematically complex - so much so that it might well take a processor 400 km in radius to generate them.
