Rightful heir Caelum tries to catch a break from preparations for the upcoming ceremony. His cousin Weiss is less than excited about the proceedings. Phillipe is trying not to panic about the Ring of Solomon’s upcoming plans. Despite being very busy, Bettrys keeps an ear to the ground. Percival is certainly not scheming anything, no sirree.

Charity squeezes in some studying while in transit. Rokkon has been sent on some errands. Nola is here to ensure perfect weather on the day of the abdicoronation ceremony. The Viscount Washburne attempts to wrangle his daughter, which is complicated by Rose half-investigating. Alvise is more than happy to ride a horse to Londinium. Epine dives headlong into discussions of comparative magical theory. A local graveyard is well looked after by its resident genius. Rin tries to make the best of a dire predicament. Moira is eager to apply her knowledge. Sen attempts to summon a travel genius, and fails miserably.

Ambrose gets the check-in going. Daneel hasn’t investigated in a while. Jean summons Mikasa over from the walkabout, to make sure he gets through the imminent full moon without hurting anyone. Stone is not a fan of coach travel. Sora, while used to world-hopping, is less well-versed in the specific mechanics of Traveling. Delaunay ponders the similarities and differences between Albion and his world’s Alba. Claudia is just glad this isn’t Newport after all, as she’d feared it might be. Ignis, with none of his close friends readily available, works himself up into a tizzy. Ryo gets to help Hajime do stuff this time! Bismuth passes herself off as a gem genius. Joscelin offers to share the wealth. Naoki pokes the walkabout contingent to see how they’re faring.

Next Week: The first ceremony of many! The last chance to speak to High King Germaine before he gives up the throne! Secret magical circles biting off more than they can chew!

That cage of ink and parchment that had been holding the leaking ocean caged? Midway through the week it breaks, the ink mixing with the water and the parchment scraps floating adrift like rafts.

The swirling of the ink in the water occasionally creates shapes that look like horses or frogs.

Bettrys is going to be mainly focused on Germaine's abdication. Now's the time to come bother her if you care to try and convince her anyone other than Caelum needs to receive the crown, at least if you don't want her complaining about having to redo the seating chart at the last minute.

Depending on how noisy the Circle of Solomon's shenanigans get she's also going to be doing a major concern in their direction. She's not exactly suspicious yet, but any explosions or Percy acting even more like a supervillain than usual will certainly catch her attention.

If she’s analyzing the group for weak links, Charity doesn’t know much but she’s likely to fold like a cheap card table if she thinks it’ll keep her friends from Getting In Trouble lol.
