Matthew's going to use Merge on the Market / Purgatory at the beginning of the second mingle. What sort of things will he learn / find out from doing this?

The power of the Market is tethered to the surface of the Hill at each Prince's tent, and Dhuosnos' Tent... but the essence of the land, the anchor of that power, is buried beneath the Hill. And it is as great a source of power as any Matthew has ever been exposed to.

I WAS VERY INTRIGUED BY LUCIFER COMMENTING ON THE JAUNT

It is the anchor of power for the Market, but it is not part of the Market itself and so beyond the scope of the Merge - too far down.

Cassandra's probably going to be using Heroic Age Fortune-Telling pretty consistently starting with the current mingle, assuming she's not thwarted by the nature of the place.

The flames appearing over liars' heads, as well as other omens, would indicate that the item taken from the Bonfire had some power over truth or lies.

Cassandra's using Heroic Age Fortune-Telling again for this mingle, if there's anything she might pick up.

Liminal Space suggests 'things are not as they appear' and 'Hell's armies' as themes or concerns.
