Delaunay is going to be the Prince of Gold, under the name of Anaphiel because when you're already named for an angel you might as well infiltrate under a variant spelling of your given name.
ANYWAY, when the other Sithen were busy being conscientious objectors, Anaphiel ended up what he was because he thought that Heaven and Hell both had their good points and he'd much rather straddle the line between them, thank you very much. He's held the Sithen Market Princedom pretty much since the Market was established and has gained a reputation for both fairness and generosity in his dealings--although he gives nothing away for free. Also a reputation for hedonism and indulgence, but all that wealth isn't going to spend itself.
Anaphiel lives in a bomb-ass multi-chamber luxury tent near the top of the hill. Only about half of it is open for visitors. The rest is his personal quarters. He's got an NPC!Peregrine working for him (hi not-Phedre) and treats her about as well as one can. He's got various goods and treasures up for sale--including one very fine Dignity he's willing to part with--but what he's known for is his smuggling. He can get you what you need, when you need, as long as you meet his price.
(He can also turn into a thirty-foot long golden snake that can swim through dirt, but that's just how some people are.)
