Jean will be investigating. Like last time, he will be a human/Slammer, but this time he'll have multiple Pogebonds.
Also if anyone with close CR to Jean wants a pogemon in the form of a Hummer Dragon (Marco), that can be arranged. It will be weird for Jean to have his dragon as someone else's Pogemon, but at the same time, it's also nice for him to get new bonds like the dragons should have.
Mamoru will be pogevestigating, but I still need to hash out what he looks like. Will bond with Usagi with passion.
Minako and Cassandra will be Investigating for this one. Mothman, Suzaku, and Tatiana will either be Pogemon or just passing themselves off as them (Tatiana will be pleased to not be transformed for this one.)
Mikasa will be investigating but she'll return here as what she was on original pogemon jaunt too... She'll be Sylveon or at least something much like a Sylveon! Investipogging, pogvestigating, however you want to say it. Her bond/slamming goes to Jean.

Barry will be Pogfiltrating! His form is an Animal-type, a butterfly about a foot in wingspan made of denim and folded up like origami! He can unfold into other insects but butterfly is his fave. He's not very strong but he is absurdly difficult to hit. Doesn't know he can Pogmentate into a fuck-off huge wasp with a base speed of woah.
Dakki will be infiltrating as a perfectly ordinary teenage girl who has gotten all caught up in this wild adventurous nonsense! Rappy will not be infiltrated, however, and be frantically trying to re-befriend her and take care of her. (Said teenage girl, name pending, will turn out to be the aunt of Katie Boyd, Dakki's infiltration from the previous Pogemon jaunt. It's a good time for time shenanigans, right?)
Kanji is back to Investigating this time. And taking care of a Piyo who's rather confused at this whole 'being in the past!' thing. Not sure if Kanji's going to be in human shape as default or not, though he's likely to use his form change skills to pass off as a pogemon. He may also be having some stress over the concepts of 'powers of bonds' etc.
Please lmk if you'd be interested in pursuing a slammer bond with her, because it will be hilarious.

She is going to be a dusky, fox like creature, with white markings and large, Falcon wings. She will have a metal helmet over her face with a large horn on it, and is comparable in size to a labrador.
Monx will be pogevestigating - she will be a vegetable type that will take the form of essentially a leafier Leafeon.
She will be a pretty metallic iridescent dark green/blue color and will slowly grow light purple cherry blossoms that will fall off once fully grown. She has a pleasant and not overbearing floral scent to her. It'll be fun watching her try to figure out how to walk.
Y'know what? Nero is going to be investigating. Pogvestigating, even. As a robot-like cat patterned after an oriental shorthair, because there need to be more mineral-type Pogemon on this adventure.

Delaunay will be Infiltrating as Amaury Montreve, a beat poet of around forty or so, who was a member of the French Resistance when he was in his late teens. He's in a quiet menage a trois with his best friend and her husband back in Lyon and all three of them (plus their kids) are in Montreal to visit said best friend's younger brother.
(Amaury, however, is the only one that fell down the portal, the poor dude.)
