Broad Week 4 Plotting?
So it seems like there's a lot of confusion about the timelines and orders of things in recent days, especially with all the Arcana revelations, so I think that maybe some slightly more concrete hashing out of timelines might be in order? Please feel absolutely free to correct me on this, but it seems like:
Day 1:
Spirit Animals can talk.
A few hours later, Starquakes start.
Raidou/Reiko Merges with the Cabochon.
Yukino uses her Oracle powers to read the Perspective of the Cabochon.
Days 2-3:
Hajime uses Entropy on the Cabochon.
Kinji announces his intentions for the concert, and goes with space!Matt to scope the area.
Matthew and Thorne visit the Arcana, and find Fool and Judgement.
Various individual plans are enacted to interact with or destroy the cabochon. These extend through the entire week.
Kanji, Minako and Lupa make progress on their Starquaker learning(? May extend into the next few days).
Days 4-6:
Thorne works out how to change up Liminal Space itself.
Casper/Ace Merges with the cabochon.
Matthew announces what he knows about the Arcana and their plans, and how the two runners, Fool and Judgement, don't actually have anything directly to do with the cabochon.
Allura starts her revolt. This removes Allura, Matthew, Shiro, Pidge, Sara, Thace/Thae, Tachibana, Kinji, Bayek, Jaina, Delaunay, Jules, Korra and Eren from Questing Country for the unknown duration.
All of them return before within this time period; except for Thace and Allura, who both die.
Day 7:
Kinji's concert on the cabochon. Please comment (either ICly through the link or OOCly here) if your character is joining in. The concert's success requires a minimum of four or five people.
Day 1:
Days 2-3:
Days 4-6:
Day 7:

My thoughts were that Matt would make his thing, go down, and test it to make sure it worked. Or at least it could disrupt the waves, because for all he knows, it would do nothing at all, and he's a scientist.
Once he knew the Arcana were there, he would want absolutely no part of it. He's not about to stick his fingers in something that is that powerful.
... so yeah. I'm sorry. I thought this was just Matt poking a minor thing that he didn't know, and it got away from me.

Kinji's initial network post about the cabochon and wanting to examine it was right at the start of week 4, just after he went and checked the thing out again; does that work as a rough time frame? That way Matt has plenty of time to still work on his thing and Nope out when Arcana become announced.
I apologise again, I think my overeagerness for this idea caused things to get a bit rushed and you got caught kind of negatively in that.

Yeah. I can say that Matt went, did his thing, and... either when he was messing around with Thorne and Tachibana, got a vision that it's Arcana, and he should Back Off, and/or he just got a Feeling when working with the waves that it's something he shouldn't touch.
His first instinct would be to mess it up so no one would actually harm whatever's in there, but I can easily distract him from that.

They have found out the general 'purpose' of the Quakes, the reasoning behind them, a rough idea of their source and that there might be something vaguely Arcana-esque in nature if not power in the minds behind them all. Kanji intends to relay what he knows about the situation over the network (unless someone else relating to the plot has anything they might want to add?) before Lupa's more deliberate investigation of the precise source begins, which I believe should be late this week or early the next?
When would be a good time to relay this information?

That's my tentative suggestion, at least, but maybe ping Blue when she wakes up and compare notes?

Maybe he can Oracle-ize THERE. Somehow.

And I figure Hajime's Entropy bomb is going to be sometime midday on Day 2, if no one else is trying to go at the cabochon then.

Day 1 is also when Yukino read the perspectives of a couple of Harbingers and found they were looking for a familiar pattern and focusing on the land rather than the people (and may not know that people are even a thing). She also would have reread the cabochon's perspective and found that it was now aware of being observed; I'm not sure of the timing of that, but it's probably also Day 1, or at least before Hajime's Entropy bomb goes off.
I'm not sure of the precise timing of Minako and Kanji's investigation of the Starquake.

I've tentatively added Kanji and Minako's work to day 3/4, before the revolution.
