Assuming Phillip can talk to ghosts. If not, Ace will just have to scare his descendants AWAY from him, and maybe lure more appropriate victims TO him...

shadow child is only conscious like... maybe 30% of the time, and otherwise he's a pretty unreasoning eldritch horror. And he doesn't remember being a horror when he's a child.

So Ace can certainly try to talk to him, but herding people might be better. :P

He might even try to lure exorcist types towards him in the hopes of them getting rid of Phillip... And if they get nommed, well, that's the life they chose, after all. :Db
