ALSO can people make counterfeit Pogs with like, Liminal Manipulation or something? Not for Pogemon themselves but for attacks or power-ups or other such shit

Word of Matt: It would require Lim Manip II and a deep understanding of what makes Pogs Pog - and yes, it would only work for effect pogs, not the monsters. Theoretically possible, but highly unlikely.
