The Umineko anime was simultaneously one of the worst adaptations ever and one of the best pieces of memetic trollery ever.

Time travel's definitely interesting though, as is quasi-Objectivist film noir-flavored violence, which is most of what I recall of Rorschach's character. I should really re-read that...
