We have Jaunt-specific posts for plotting and CR, but CR doesn't end between Jaunts, and building relationships and character development can span more than one Jaunt. Thus, a general CR meme, for all your long-term plotting needs.

Oh man, that sounds delightful. We should make sure they work together on some sort of magical girl quest of some sort or whatever the Jaunt throws at them, it'd be fun to have them watching each other's backs.

And I would adore that, Lyall and Mai were so precious in that thread. c: She's definitely going to seek him out more, because she thinks that he's a very kind and comforting soul.

Character: Toushirou Hitsugaya ✥ Bleach ✥ OU ✥ icy_heavens
Character Info: Death god. Serious, grumpy, looks like a little kid. Especially grumpy if you point out that he looks like a little kid. (If your character is human, chances are he is actually older than them, unless they're elderly themself.) Despite all the seriousness, he's a rather good sort who can get very protective if he likes you enough. Though it's in his nature to protect, regardless. Can be dragged into less than dignified situations by sweet, well-meaning people because he'd actually feel kind of bad saddening them over something harmless.
Upcoming Plans: Jaunt plotting post is here! In general: getting dragged around to stuff he'd rather not do because of his dignity. Protecting folks who get in over their heads. Getting a bit closer to people overall.
CR/Plotting Desired: Toss it all at me! I really need to work on developing his CR so that he feels some more attachment to people in general. Of course, I'm also open to people annoying the hell out of him. He's pretty scowly, so it isn't even that hard.
Additional Notes: Nah.

Character: Near ✥ Death Note ✥ OU ✥ solvethepuzzle
Character Info: Very smart, very observant, but very weird. He constantly plays with action figures and Lego and just about any non-electronic toy despite having recently turned 19. No, he is not ashamed. He's socially tone-deaf and can be very blunt and insensitive without expressly intending to be. He's extremely emotionally-stunted and always speaks in a monotone. (Overall, he tends to come off as at least strange, if not creepy.) Also a detective.
Upcoming Plans: Jaunt plotting link is above. Nothing terribly specific planned beyond that.
CR/Plotting Desired: Near will basically talk to anyone he thinks might be able to give him useful information, but he's not really the open sort himself. People trying to figure him out, or try to befriend him, or look after him are great. (He kind of needs that last one; the boy is smart, but he doesn't know how to look after himself in day-to-day life.) As are people he can intelligently converse with. Of course, negative CR is a thing. Near can be off-putting and do less than ethical things if he feels they are necessary and efficient. And not feel bad about it.
Additional Notes: He's picked up a few invasive abilities during his time in game, and unlike some characters, he doesn't really have a moral issue using them if he deems it necessary. Hence, I have a permissions post set up for that.

Oh gosh, Mai's never going to figure it out, I'm so glad. Months from now maybe they'll realize......

But yes, excellent, I'd love to do something! We should definitely toss them together in the Jaunt too, but when she's not Infiltrating Mai will definitely remind Naoto that she's still important no matter what.

Oona telling Phillip he was a baby was hilarious. XD But he's also unendingly positive and nice for pro-human experiences (nevermind that he's not actually human anymore????).

Naoto needs that, really. She has a bit of a complex that she's not important if she's not useful.

... and now that I realize it, Naoto didn't ever know/realize that Mai was worried about her when she got kidnapped. I might toss Naoto at Mai next Liminal Space. She's a bit of a mess this one.

Character: Charlene "Thorne" Durante ✥ Classic World of Darkness OC ✥ OU ✥ thornsofmalkav
Character Info: Nerdy, recently re-killed Millennial Trash Vampire who fancies herself an End Times Prophet of the Vampire Apocalypse and is deluding herself about being the Chosen One of said apocalypse.
Upcoming Plans: Jaunt plotting is here! I'm still trying to figure things out, but that's the start of it, anyway. Mostly she's going to be even more off-kilter than usual thanks to having just died and death having broken her blood-bond with her sire. Eventually I want her to come to some revelations re: the blood-bond, but that's long range plans.
CR/Plotting Desired: I am seriously up for anything. Thorne's the type to have a lot of friendly acquaintances but few true friends, so I'd love to amass some of the former in hopes of one or two of the latter emerging from the morass. She's got a set of polyhedral dice with her, so she might try to get a gaming group together.
Additional Notes: Thorne is a huge fucking nerd, but I'm going to handwave that she's unfamiliar with any canons that her fellow Travelers might come from to avoid fourth walling--unless that's your kind of thing, and then I'd be happy to provide it, if it's the kind of thing she'd be into. (Also, someday I will have more than two icons for her, but it will take a bit. Bear with me.)

Character: Hajime Aikawa ✥ Kamen Rider Blade ✥ PG ? chalicejoker
Character Info: So in-canon, he's a horrible bug monster who becomes a man who becomes a Kamen Rider. Thanks to the fact that he's from Save the Earth, he has been reincarnated as a normal human who became a horrible bug monster who became a Kamen Rider. He's got more understanding of How to Human than his preincarnation, but this just means stonefaced confusion has been replaced by awkwardness.
Upcoming Plans: Jaunt plotting is here! He's going to be investigating and end up becoming the Adversary of Bugs.
CR/Plotting Desired: I'd love CR with other "monsters" or other superhero-types. Kids are great too; he will kind of end up big brothering at anyone much younger than he is. He can be kind of a shy and awkward bug in social situations, but he is excellent at fighting things and more comfortable with punching than talking. And if anyone likes to cook, really, he'd love to go back to managing his family's restaurant and is also kind of a food snob.

Character: Zed ✥ Ressha Sentai ToQGer ✥ OU ✥ whydoyoushine
Character Info: Emperor of Darkness, kids' show villain, is fascinated by shiny objects and the light despite the fact that too much light will literally kill him. Zed has terrible decision making skills, not much going for him in the way of empathy, and he excels at making trouble for everyone around him.
Upcoming Plans: Jaunt plotting is here! He's going to be infiltrating, though I'm not sure exactly what his role will be. He's definitely going to be a Gorgon, though.
CR/Plotting Desired: Zed hasn't even been properly introduced yet (and won't be until the next mingle), so I am open for pretty much anything. Supervision is always good since he's never really been out on his own for this long before (his canon record was probably something like a couple hours before his courtiers found him), and he's probably going to do something stupid like stay out too long in the light and pass out. People he can show off his literal embodiment of darkness side to are also welcome; Zed might be fascinated by the light, but he's not shy about using his power to throw a tantrum get his way.

Character Info: Literally a heartless bastard. Used to be a castle guard. Now works for another heartless bastard in a squadron of heartless bastards. He likes worming his way under people's skin and turning them against their friends because it makes him smile. Really hates all that gooshy romance stuff. Least favorite holiday: Valentine's Day.
Upcoming Plans: Currently in the Summer Solstice walkabout. (Very) long term goals? Getting another heart. He kinda needs that.
CR/Plotting Desired: Terrible people to annoy him and drag him out for shenanigans. Goody good people to talk to him about LOVE and FRIENDSHIP and HEARTS and LIGHT for him to laugh at. People he can stick little barbs into and get them on his side. Couples for him to dash their hopes and dreams apart like broken glass. So anything and everything, p much.

I'm also down for Winnie and Zed meeting again since their test drive meme thread was great. Winnie's all bubbles and cheer and will totally lend him her parasol to help hi against the light... Because that's how that works, yep. She's tying.
