Hello everyone! Kalyn here (player of mermaiding) bringing a second OC with me who will hopefully have an easier time making friends.

This is Winnie, a Victorian-era British woman who literally doesn't possess a soul. Because of this her emotional reactions to things are... strange at best. Generally she's obnoxiously enthusiastic and optimistic to a fault,and tends to rush blindly ahead with a flap of her hand a cheery little, "oh don't worry dear, I'm sure everything will turn out fine!"

In short: She's the opposite of Oona.

Normally her powers include being able to rip the souls out of people, but she won't have that here so no worries about that (not that she would've used it anyway). But she's sweet and nice and totally not leading an underground rebellion in the hopes of toppling her government and putting herself on the throne haha that's crazy who told you that.

Oh, I will have to have Tick-Tock encounter her at some point - he's from Victorian England, too, if a much, much goofier version than hers, I'm sure. They can have interesting conversations about her royal maj.
