I was thinking either her kid or, maybe more likely, the child of the previous boss by his wife; I kinda twisted Aria's canon backstory a bit for the purposes of this universe, and I think it could go either way depending on what you prefer! :) She's probably a very harsh mother/leader; I don't suppose they get along terribly well.
