Liminal Event Plotting!

In the current Liminal Space, the majority of the amusement park is coated in bronze, and it's very easy for characters to stay in those locations, avoiding the event entirely. However, certain areas are coated in different metals, and those metals carry with them status effects that shade the actions and emotions of anyone in the local area. The strength of the effect varies, so you can make it as subtle or as overwhelming as you like on your character.

Gold makes those near it feel compelled to be truthful.

Silver increases ambition and feelings of jealousy or greed.

Copper increases affection or romantic attraction.

Iron increases anger and hostility.

Tin increases courage, a sense of adventure, and a desire to take risks.

Lead increases depression and fatalism.

Mercury, found only where there would otherwise be water, makes people feel philosophical and reflective.

Cobalt, in blue-tinted alloys, increases drowsiness and the desire to sleep.

Bismuth, coating some of the trees and plants in its multicolored crystal form, increases creativity.

There is also a general plotting post for your convenience.

Feel free to use the threads below to plot out what status effects you want your character hit with, and how! Questions go here!

Alcuin no Delaunay || Kushiel's Legacy

Alcuin has a number of people to check in on after that Jaunt, but primarily he will be wandering around exploring things. He's never seen an amusement park before! He will also be, at some point or another, under the influence of all of these metals, so if you wish a particular scene, just let me know and we'll see what we can manage!

In particular, he will be carrying around a fragment of both gold and bismuth, after a point, hidden in his pocket. His hope is that any who speak with him will be compelled to speak a little more truthfully without necessarily realizing it, and the bismuth will help him creatively avoid answering questions he does not wish to answer while still telling the truth.

You are of course welcome to interact with him before he has these! Just let me know when you tag in!

Also, he will be involved in the giant log of sleepy people going up on Oct 7th, if you wish to see him there!
