Bushido is...probably very uptight in comparison, although Hijikata's sense of honor is also a little more personalized than the standard because he started as a commoner and clawed his way up, so social class isn't a thing for him the way it is for most of his peers and he will cheerfully call out his masters for being wusses. :V
