SO I think I may age Toshi down for at least part of this - either to teenager or not long after he joined the police force.

Felix.... aging him down would present some interesting opportunities to expose some of his past (which is necessary to get him to move forward with character development) but his past is also hideous and I'm not sure who'd be interested in playing with that?
