Powercap-wise, we'll be removing access to Auspex 2 & 3, as they are definitely reliant on telepathy, & slightly dampening the mental element of Obfuscate, but in exchange for that, you can pick out two telepathic skills on the Acquired Skill page and use this as a thread reference! Please pick either skills with no prerequisite, or close matches for the powers being replaced!
