History: Even a link to a wiki page would help here; something that hives those of us who aren't canon-familiar a chance to read up and gain some context on the past you've evocatively referenced here.
Personality: It's clear from your samples that you have a strong voice for this character, and the personality captures that as well. What it lacks is context. What are the traits that make Vimes "nature's copper?" if that's distinct from the things listed afterwards (and if it's not, our bad). What do Night's Watch and Ankh-Morpork mean to him, how does he interact with them (and the wiki link in history that will make sure the full mod team knows what they are will help, too). This section should read like someone who has NO idea who the character is/the canon is can still get a sense of a character here, basically.
Otherwise, this is a solid app, and it was a blast to read. We hope to hear back from you soon!
