Due to the ambiguous nature of Annie's Titan Control ability, we're not quite sure if it falls under our powercap restriction on telepathic abilities or not. It's unlikely to matter unless we do an Attack On Titan jaunt, regardless, so we're willing to consult on it - would you prefer to exchange it for a free telepathic skill, or assume it isn't telepathic and leave it unchanged?
