I'm still sorting out Gil's Adversary of Links powers - would it be an acceptable spell to have him be able to see/identify/potentially even tamper with (such as dampen or misdirect, albeit temporarily) the 'links' between individuals, aka Bonds, Arcana marks, or friendship groups? With the caveat that he has to identify what the links actually mean on his own.
