Sooooo.... if someone were to attempt to create components for magic using Liminal Manip II, would they actually have the relevant magical properties? Also does this answer change depending on whether it's "would they work as a potion ingredient?" vs "would a liminal manipped wand created by someone who knows how wands work actually function as a wand?"
