At the beginning of the plot, there will be a specific area where all three timelines' dreamspace physically converge, allowing travel between time frames by moving in a particular direction away from the Brunch set up at the meeting spot. As the plot continues, the lands will converge further.

They themselves choose their names - but some may choose to permit themselves to be named.
