Anyhoo. This is Sleepy here, Kanji's player, bringing in a second character after ... man, two and a half years or something? But after a bunch of flailing and deliberation, and the app schedule being what it was, figured I'd take the plunge.
This here walking cupcake is Haru Okumura from Persona 5! She's the daughter of a big business owner back home and recently dodged a bullet regarding an arranged engagement to the fiancé from hell. She's shy, gentle, friendly and helpful when she can be, and enjoys gardening and fancy tea.
Aaaand she also has a sideline in sneaking into people's psyches and giving them a good old spring clean. With an axe. As you do.
She's joining team High Priestess, and I'm looking forward to bouncing her at the rest of the crew.
Most importantly for now, though, she's also coming in as a Veteran of some old time Jaunts! Her first time around was back in the days of Cursed Kingdom and Ivory Tower - she was even more shy and awkward back then, due to having undergone a virtual canon update "between then and now". She didn't even know what a Persona was before! In Dolorosa, she'd run away from home with a spellbook and a big axe and was generally the world's worst rogue-type; in Ivory Tower, she was an Eco Sciences kid with a lot of plant biology knowhow and a regular seat at the back of the coffee shop. If anyone wants retro-CR, say the word!
This also means that she gets a handwaved dungeon rescue - there's info here on the setup. Welcome to the Phantom Thief Experience. While the explanation's currently a bit canon-knowledge-heavy (and... possibly spoilery...), this isn't intended to mean that only Persona types could have come along - I'll be happy to fill in any blanks needed, just let me know who's joining the party!
