Infiltrators and investigators alike can be living or spirits. Spirit investigators will be restricted to their own branch of the network and Liminal Space (Psychic Bridge may come in handy here); living investigators will come into town on a double-decker tour bus, like the visiting detectives in many a classic mystery. That the bus was chartered to attend a celebrity funeral may strike people as ghoulish, but that’s life in the 21st century.

In general, infiltrator roles from the previous jaunt to Harrogate can only be reprised as spirits. If you think you have a fringe case that could be around in corporeal form somehow, please contact the mods before committing to this plan to make sure it’s feasible. Descendants of previous infiltrators are totally feasible, however.
