The reasoning behind this is that you are literally taking on the powers of the Olympians and the Titans when you take Titanic/Olympian Mantle, which is a) one of the more powerful skills we are providing for players throughout the history of the game, and b) is a direct result of the ambrosia itself. This means that characters would need to put in the extra effort to make sure the Mantle skill is not too overpowered, while at the same time fitting in with the Greek Mythic Lore.

We can certainly talk about it at the next mod meeting, though. I can't guarantee we will come up with a different answer, but we can!
