Pretty much, yeah. High stress set up, multiple RL spanners thrown into the works and all the smaller things that could have been easily worked with or smoothed over if they hadn't all happened at once became actual obstacles.

Reasons it's good that it's being talked out so that solutions to keep things from spiraling so badly again can be worked on. RP is a complex machine that needs constant maintenance. Not a fun or easy job, but one that's very appreciated.
