Given that most everything that branches off filter intrusion entails intruding on more filters, I'm not sure it'd be practical. (I mean, I like the suggestion, and Matt's the final word on it regardless; I just don't know if it's feasible in this case.)

It also wouldn't necessarily solve the problem we currently have, where there's a huge imbalance in favor of one stripe of psychic skill at the top of the chain.
