"Sounds like it keeps people on their toes."

It's a simple comment, as casual as one may be when remarking on the weather. He doesn't sound concerned by the idea, nor does he sound surprised. Why would he be? New worlds are nothing new. Nor is space between worlds. And, as far as he knows, modifying memories requires a heart.

Cranky or not, Phillip is a source of information. So, he asks, "Was Locke City one of those worlds?"
