DOUBLE ELIOT ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE SKY

The sky, the bat-babies, the hyacinths, the lilacs, the red rocks, the brown robes, the sound of water, the wind under the door, the dead bodies growing trees with pearls in their eyes--that's all from The Waste Land.

The lobster claws sans lobsters, the yellow smoke cats, the red seaweed wreaths, the peach tree--that's from The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock.

What it means, I do not know, but luckily I play an English major so we've got a reason to figure this out IC as well as OOC.

A lot of the responses to questions/investigating seem to have to do with time and running out of time and impatience. I'm not sure how that ties into Elliot's poems, I'm horrible with lit analysis, but if Elliot's writings were apocalyptic and whoever is behind this is in an impatient hurry, maybe they're showing something like... this is what could happen if you DON'T hurry?

eating peaches causes the world to degauss or have an earthquake only you can see or something, and focus the paranoia/possible call the attention of the hooded figure.

Eldritch Defense can clear the paranoia. But won't keep the robed figure away. Make of that what you will.

Would trying to use Clutch of Orceus on who/what is attached to the brown robe do anything?

Also, would eagle vision reveal anything of note about things?

If someone were to count the seconds between the lightning and the thunder, how far away would the storm seem to be? And repeating the process, is the storm coming or going?

Do any of the corpses have any scraps of clothing or other remnants that may give clues as to their origins?

Does the paranoia effect extend into created rooms as well?

If a character can see ghosts, will he see any ghosts around?

Also my character has an ability to touch a corpse and see about a minute before and after the point of death. Will this ability even work?

Assuming Spirit Communication/Sensitivity doesn't show anything since Liminal?

If a Sithen form was activated, would that help in hearing what was being said? Also, would an analysis persona show anything? (phillip's also got control panel but someone else is already asking about that.)

Naoto is going to do detective things to the corpses. She's looking for cause of death, state of body, etc. Anything she'd find?

What could a Cait Sidhe learn from the yellow smoke cats? They'll be catlike enough to interest Tybalt very much so he'll try to interact with/follow some. I personally have no idea if they even count as 'cats' but...

(as a reference for his powers: he's Fae, a King of Cats, and can talk to any cat in his canon, at least, magical or mundane. also cats in his canon definitely recognize him for what he is, even if they might not obey)

Off my corpse-interface question: is that an implication that they were never alive to begin with? And what if you interface with the peach tree? interface with all the things no don't

Also, does Synthetic form lessen the effects of the paranoia?

Are there any spirits about? Spirits being "anything Rosalie could hypothetically use Spirit Binding skill on."

Since spirit sensitivity is covered, how about running Interface on one of the bodies?

Interface will register the body as an inert system - dead in a computing sense, as well as a life sense.
