In my head Nat was the previous Champion of Shadows, who struggled with becoming an Adversary and fought her way back to becoming Oracle of Spiders. I would v like her to mentor Mello, trying to pull just enough strings to nudge him back onto the path of the Champion. Because Shadows don't have to mean darkness and endings.
